Robert Capa was all about taking the closest picture he could and believed that was the best kind of photo. So I took a picture close up so that I could see the expressions on peoples faces, or side portfolio.

He liked to take pictures when the action was happening, and take them close up. I took my photo like he was the adults in the picture looking at the action being taken place. The action would be the kids playing a soccer game. The kids playing a soccer game represents a war. Not a war with guns, but soccer and war always end the same way. With a winner and a loser or a tie.

The inspirational picture is taken with soldiers running in water, and it shows a gradual progression from closest person to the person farthest away. Just like the adults sitting on the lawn chairs.
